10 Tips to Healthy Living

Formerly I was a person with a disposition to eat what I like. Eating everything possible to be precise. This is further aggravated by exercise habits that will. So I do not have a less healthy lifestyle. But now I want to change. And an important note I did not want kurusan, I just want to be healthy.Well, here are some tips that I learned from Prof. Dr. Ir. Made Astawan, MS.
1. Intentions and a firm stanceThis is important! Intention, all started from intention. If our intention was still half-thought half-mending over again.
2. Maintain the frequency of eatingA diet should be organized, and keep it on. Eating should not be encouraged by the mood. 4. Chew food with pulverizedDo not rush to eat, chew food with creamed.
5. Do not subtract the vitamins, minerals and proteinsWe are reducing the quantity of our food but not the nutritional content. Try searching for healthier food alternatives.
6. Regular sleepingHealthy living is not struggling alone the food problem. We also need to maintain a healthy lifestyle, one of regular sleep. For adults need about 6-8 hours of sleep a day. Let us also refreshed the next day activity.
